We have an opening for a Cloud Accounting Advisor with 5+ years of recent experience in accounting. The right candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse group of clients. This is a full-time position open only to local clients in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Cloud Accounting Advisor Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day accounting operations for various clients including AP, AR, and payroll
  • Prepare, review, and submit sales tax
  • Ensure that information/records are organized and stored in a proper manner.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financials
  • Strong technical skills, working knowledge of QBO, Xero, and QB Desktop accounting systems and apps such as Gusto, Bill.com, Expensify, Slack
  • Ability to follow firm policies and procedures and meet deadlines and budgets
Requirements

  • Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • 5+ years in accounting
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financials
  • Resourceful and well organized with attention to detail
  • Professionalism with strong oral and written communication skills
