Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Requirements

AHCA Proof of Financial Ability to Operate

The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires certain medical facilities applying for a change of ownership (CHOW) to submit Proof of Financial Ability to Operate along with the application.
